At Rakuten Kobo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your eReader and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your hardware within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Kobo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Device

  Place the eReader and any included accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the device, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
